The Bank of Japan policy meeting concludes today. There is no change of policy expected, but they may upgrade their economic forecasts.
From an earlier post:
What time is the BOJ announjcement? Generally speaking, the more there is for discussion and debate at a meeting, the later the announcement is to be expected
I don’t expect too much discussion today … So I’m thinking we’ll see the announcement very soon after 0300GMT, maybe even before.
BOJ Governor’s Kuroda press briefing after the meeting – scheduled for 0630GMT.
