CIC is the China sovereign wealth fund.
- China cannot be expected to buy high-risk euro zone without clear picture of debt workout programme (you mean it isn’t clear?)
- Europe should remove hurdles to investment and trade flows from China and other high-growth markets
- Over time Europe will come out of the woods and he is optimistic of the outlook
- UK is open for investment and CIC has $7 bln invested in UK (that’s the spirit, come to the UK and forget the rest of Europe)
