The New Zealand dollar jumped:
NZD/USD has since subsided back to where it was prior to the RBNZ announcement. NZD/USD is not alone in dropping back, AUD, GBP, EUR, CAD are all lower against the USD during the session here.
USD/JPY dipped earlier but has since fully recovered also.
