Bank of England leaves rates and Q.E unchanged, as expected. Bank rate steady at 0.5%. The £125 bln asset buying programme will be manitained and take another 2 months to complete. The scale is to be kept under review.
Cable has ticked higher in response to no added QE, presently at 1.6385.
