According to Bank of England Monetary Policy Commitee member David Blanchflower, the Labour Party must use next weeks Budget to stem Britain’s job crisis.
Blanchflower, who steps down from his position next month, wrote in the Daily Mirror “We have a jobs crisis and the government needs to act quickly. Unemployment is going to rise a lot during 2009″ adding “It is probably going to be the biggest issue at the next election.”
