Canada has been talking about big game against the Russians since the get-go as the government targets votes from the large Ukranian ethnic communities in central Canada.
The latest sanctions will target 4 Russians and 5 Russian entities.
For all the tough talk, Canada has done very little. Aerospace giant Bombardier inked a deal to build plans in Russia shortly before all the hullabaloo started and the government will be careful not to jeopardize it.
