Canadian Prime Minister Harper, speaking to Fox News, has voiced his deep concern about the financial system in the U.S. and other countries and can’t see how the current global recession can end until the problems are fixed.
Meanwhile Harper feels Canada doesn’t have the same financial sector problems as in the U.S. and the government would not be bailing out mortgages. He feels Canada should be able to return to budget surplus in about 4 years.
