Fed decision later
The FOMC is what everyone is waiting for today. It's still six hours away but there is some data to keep it lively. At the bottom of the hour we get Canadian CPI and the Canadian Teranet house price index.
CPI is the one to watch. It's forecast at 2.1% y/y and +0.1% m/m. The BOC also watches three core measures: median and common are forecast at 1.9% while trim is forecast at 2.1%.
Other events on the economic calendar today include Draghi at 1400 GMT, weekly oil inventories at 1430 GMT and the next round of UK Conservative leadership voting at 1700 GMT.
