Chair of the EU parliament says it is not possible to ratify any Brexit trade deal prior to the end of the year

The latest was Brexit trade talks would continue on Monday, and therefore:

There may be legal maneuverings allowing a deal to be approved. But, hey, gotta get an agreement first and so far its not in sight.
