Dutch PM Rutte says next ECB president shouldn't come from south of Europe

• Says that ECB presidency isn't part of parliamentary debate at the moment
• Says Italy is not doing the work to stabilise its finances
• Has seen nothing from Italy that shows it can escape debt sanctions
• Says that European Commission has to intervene to force Italy on its budget

This is mainly multiple jabs taken at Italy here, but the part on the ECB presidency sure is interesting. Italy surely won't be in consideration for that spot because of Draghi but I guess he just wants to make sure one of his pals from Western Europe gets a shot next.
