Good morning/afternoon/evening to wherever you are on the globe. Welcome to not-quite-the-start of the FX week. The continuing Easter holiday in many of the FX trading centres will impact on Asian trading today. It won’t be as dead quiet as Good Friday was, but volumes will again be light.
I’ll have only light coverage of the session here in Asia. Its just going on to 7am in Tokyo as I write, and with New Zealand and Australia closed today, there hasn’t been much FX action.
There is some data due from Japan today, I’ll be back with that a little later.
