ECB’s Weber: ECB interest rates of 1% is lowest limit for me

Further comments made by ECB’s Weber, in an interview with Die Welt, are hitting the wires. He feels euro-zone interest rates should not go below 1%, saying “A main refinancing rate of 1% is for me the lowest limit.”
