A lack of appetite to kick start the day

The market is settling into a bit of a lull ahead of tomorrow's US jobs report and there is a lack of appetite to really move for the time being. US futures are also flattish with S&P 500 futures up just 3 points (0.07%) while Dow futures are up just 5 points (0.01%) so far.
