Preliminary readings can be found here. Slightly better revisions there and though the services component is a little lower than in October, the composite reading shows a slight improvement. French sentiment hasn't quite dropped as badly as German and Italian ones and it's one of the few "bright" spots in the Eurozone economy which is sluggishly moving along as we head into 2019.
