Can’t say with any conviction whatsoever what is going on at the moment. EUR/USD has broken through the 1.4020 area and triggered stops abov e that level and has test 1.4050 offers. Cable is back above 1.6300 and oil has added more than a dollar from its lows. Something upbeat happened somewhere, I just can’t say what it is.
I’m gonna take a flyer and say stops went off below 80.15 in the US dollar index…
