French September industrial production has come in at -1.5% m/m, demonstrably weaker than median forecast of +0.5% m/m. Slightly buffering the blow is the fact that August’s number was revised upwards, to +2.8% m/m from initial +1.8%.
EUR/USD is slightly easier, presently at 1.4965. Russia has been a notable seller this morning.
