German finance minister Olaf Scholz is presenting the budget in parliament
No surprises here as this has been made known for quite a while now. There was talk yesterday that it may include some adjustments to take on new debt but so far it doesn't appear that way. The euro got a slight nudge lower on the headline here but nothing too major with EUR/USD sitting just under 1.1040 currently.
