Roth also adds that May will get a 'polite welcome' in Berlin today. On the one hand, we're hearing all this hard talk from European officials ahead of tomorrow's summit. But the fact that May is headed over to meet with Merkel and Macron could suggest that they could work something out for an extension to be granted tomorrow.
