CSpan have kindly put a block on watching their channels unless you have a login for a US cable/tv company (there's nothing like a free market is there?)
They do say that all federal government events will still be available to the masses without a log in so I'm assuming we'll be ok The link for that is here

That should cover our needs and obviously the early part of her testimony will be covered by tv channels like Bloomberg etc anyway
