US stocks mixed
Gold is down by about $6.50 to $1167. The high reached 1177.25. The low at 1162.11
Crude oil is up $1.38 or another 3.16%. Yesterday, crude oil moved up over 8% on the OPEC output deal. The high today has reached $51.05. The current price is at $50.84.
In the US stock market, the S&P index is up 1.10 points or 0.04%. The Dow is up about 40 points. The Nasdaq remains the dog at -8 points or -0.18%.
US car sales look pretty good. GM sales up 10.2% vs 8.4% estimate. Ford reported higher sales earlier of 5.1 vs estimate of +0.5%. Toyota was also better at +4.3% vs est of +3.4% and Nissan was reported up by 7.5% vs estimate of +4.6%. All are above expectations.
