Adam posted that and warned, quite rightly, "Be very careful with these OPEC headlines"

Reuters have followed up with a tad more:

The energy minister of the United Arab Emirates said OPEC members are ready to cooperate on a production cut, although non-OPEC producers are holding off on output increases amid current prices, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday.

As for the weekend, I can't recall a weekend recently where we haven't got market-moving oil-related comments hitting the screens. Its starting to smell a bit more positive. Or at least not so doom-laden.
