Germany states will be getting their CPI prints for October later

September figures showed that inflation is still holding up well on the national level but in terms of core inflation, it hasn't been too healthy as a whole for the Eurozone. There still needs to be a sustained push higher in core inflation for the ECB to feel comfortable about the inflation outlook but it all begins with national level (in the case of Germany, state level) readings. Expectation is for a +0.1% m/m reading and a +2.4% y/y reading for October.

Here's the agenda for today:

0800 GMT - Saxony

0900 GMT - Brandenburg

0900 GMT - Hesse

0900 GMT - Bavaria

0930 GMT - North Rhine Westphalia

1100 GMT - Baden Wuerttemberg

1300 GMT - Germany national preliminary figures

Do note that the releases don't exactly follow the schedule at times and may be released a little earlier or later.
