Can anyone close the gap on Boris Johnson?

Unlike the first round, the cutoff this time around is 33 MP votes (instead of 17) and/or the candidate with the least amount of votes will also be eliminated from the race. After that, we'll see successive ballots over the next few days until only two candidates are left.

This was the result of the first round of voting last week:

Tory race

Of those who made it through, only Matt Hancock has pulled out and he has shifted his backing to Boris Johnson - who, if things remain the same, is a shoe-in for the final two spot as he has secured more than the 105 MP votes needed to reach that stage.

Following the votes over the next few days, the postal ballot to all Tory party members will then be delivered starting from this weekend and the result will only be announced likely on the week of 22 July.
