- Both China and the US made concessions at the trade talk dinner on the weekend
- President Trump jumped the gun with his reckless tweets
- China is peeved about this, they want to control how the issues are disseminated to their public
- Hence, China has taken a step back
- But, they'll come around, once they save face with more massaged announcement
