Julian Robertson, one-time hedge fund star, is on CNBC and is all over map. Earlier, he talked about how the economy is set for a a 10-15 year sideways crawl. He sees rising inflation as well. He likes a steeper yield curve, but thinks copper is going lower (huh?) Oddly, while expounding on how tapped out the consumer is, he also reveals that he just bought Visa and Mastercard. Off the three picks he gave CNBC one year ago, all are down 50% today. Oh, and he has a show on NBC in November! What a joke…
