  • Inventories at 3.6 months (unchanged from prior)
  • 7% of sales were distressed (unchanged from prior)
  • Median price at $228,900, up 7.1% y/y

That's a 10-year high in existing home sales and inventories remain tight.

There were also benchmark revisions in the report but they were minor.
