That's not a rhetorical question, I've had no luck in pinning down a time expected for the announcement from Japanese PM Abe
- The stimulus package is expected to be worth 28 trillion yen
- Its apparently targeted towards improving port facilities for cruise ships (tourism) and construction of a high-speed train line
- Expected to include around 7 tln yen of the total will consist of actual spending
- The balance made up of lending & other financing over coming years
- Cabinet is expected to approve the package today
After Abe announces the details he will go on to announce a Cabinet reshuffle ('You're fired!')
Abe with someone else who may be in the firing line: Japan press: Japanese govt grows skeptical of BOJ's inflation target
