Europe will start to recover later than the US economy, Eurogroup spokesman Juncker says. EUR/USD has taken a small knock on the comments, trading at 1.3257. on the news from 1.3270.
Juncker also said their are no signs of recovery now and that it may recover in 2010, though it will be weak.
