Kraft’s attempts to bolster the prospects of its imminently-expected bid for Cadbury appeared to fall on deaf ears as it served up a lacklustre set of third-quarter results in which it missed revenue forecasts and reduced its full-year organic growth prospects.
Kraft have until November 9, to announce a formal bid for Cadbury.
Meanwhile cable has opened around 1.6420, effectively unchanged from where it closed out Tuesday in North America.
