These two issues he mentions, intellectual property protection and tech tranfers, are sorta the two central issues the US has.
Maybe there will be some agreement hashed out where China agrees to buy another ship of soy beans or whatever but the central issues are near intractable. And they ain't gonna be worked out in the 90 day time frame.
