Moody's on the USA
I can only assume it's because of today's Trump-Kanye West bromance.
But it's not all roses. Moody's said it would consider changing its outlook in the coming years if it concluded that US policymakers do not have the capacity to meaningfully respond to mitigate the adverse long-term fiscal dynamics.
