The Commonwealth Bank has increased fixed interest rates on investor and interest only home loans
- Said the hike was to ensure it continued to meet regulatory requirements
- Fixed rates on interest-only loans will rise by 25 basis points
- Principal and interest investor home loans will rise 25 bps, interest only will rise by between 25 and 50bps
