Rebels say there was never an agreement
The Nigerian press earlier reported a ceasefire but shortly afterwards some confused denials began. Now, the rebels say the report is bunk.

What's still confusing is that the command, in an unverified twitter account, said they "didn't remember" any ceasefire pact.
It seems as though there is either someone pretending to be from the group or a splinter in the group. (but maybe this twitter is the pretender)
Oil rallied earlier on the Nigeria ceasefire reports, it's falling now.
