The FT has helped clear up the rumors about Greek CDS. This Wednesday at 5 p.m GMT, the ISDA will decide on whether to accept the question for deliberation. The actual deliberations may take weeks.
My guess is that they need to wait at least until we get a final reading on participation in the bond swap.
