Oil down 20-cents on the day
Oil just touched the lows of the day with WTI crude down 20 cents to $46.03. The drop came despite a comment from the Kuwait oil minister that there is "almost consensus" among oil producers to extend quotas for another six months. He also said there are several options under consideration.
There was a reversal short squeeze in oil on Friday but it's fallen flat today.
