- 10.00am (0900GMT) Opening Session Attendance: All OPEC Heads of Delegation and Delegates, Secretary General, Observers, and Members of the Press
- 11.00am (10000GMT) Closed Session Attendance: All OPEC Heads of Delegation and the Secretary General
- 1pm (1200GMT) Press Conference
Its the closed session where the hard decisions will be made. And we'll get the results at the presser, or from some of the loud mouths as they leave the closed session.
(I would like to add 1300GMT, hookers and blow. But I'd just get myself into trouble again.)
