December production survey
OPEC December production fell 170,000 barrels per day, according to a Reuters survey. Production remains near a record at 31.62 million barrels per day.
The decline was led by reduced exports in Southern Iraq. Saudi Arabia pumped 10.15 million barrels per day vs 10.20 million a month earlier.
The lighter production is mildly bullish for oil.
