Atlanta Fed President Dennis Lockhart says he likes rates where they are but expects a debate in the months ahead over whether to raise them. The economy will be soft in the second half of the year but he does not see anything like negative growth in Q4 as some are predicting.
Chicago’s Evans had similar thoughts late Friday.
