Russian PM Medvedev says that Russia is ready to comply with all agreements on Ukraine’s trade integration wth EU but says any agreements need a legal basis.
On the flip side, Putin says he discussed the current Southeast Ukraine peace process with his security council and also the negative impact from a an EU/Ukraine pact.
In gas news, Slovakia’s gas importer says they have seen roughly a 10%reduction in gas supplies today.
