Another 1,111 new cases were reported
That brings the total confirmed cases in the country to 9,125 cases, again with the vast majority of the latest increase related to work permit holders residing in foreign worker dormitories. There are 20 cases related to Singaporeans or permanent residents.
The headline figure is certainly staggering but so far the vast majority of cases are largely isolated in the above mentioned environment, so that's one way to look at it.
