EU finance ministers will discuss the release of stress test results when they meet July 13 and will coordinate their release to the public. The results will be out no later than late July, the EU source tells Reuters.

The credibility of the stress tests have been dealt a severe blow by comments from Bundesbank official Zeitler who said the Bundesbank cannot force banks to comply with demands of full transparency. At least in Germany, the results will be in question, undermining the whole point of the stress tests.
