Now another headline: "Saudi Arabia and gulf Arab countries do not support at cut"

Shana cites comments of Mehdi Asali, an Iranian oil ministry official.

The first headline came two minutes before the second headline. Oil surged on the first headline and then fell back on the second one.

US weekly oil production data is due in a few minutes.
