NZD is strongest. USD is weakest.
The USD is the weakest of the major currencies in trading today, while the NZD is the strongest.
Traders will be awaiting the Fed minutes later today (2 PM ET). The market will be watching to see if there is any apprehension about future growth going forward. The NZD is up the most against the USD. The pair started to move higher from the 1st hour of the new trading day and marched higher and higher - breaking above the 200 and 100 hour MA (green and blue lines in the chart below) in the process. It was not until reaching the 100 day MA at the 0.7600 area (high is 0.7607) that the pairs surge stalled (see chart below).
