Secretary of State John Kerry on Reuters saying;
- It would be a grave mistake for Russia to embark on any kind of military intervention in the Ukraine
- Considering $1bn loan guarantee but no decision made yet
- Possible military intervention by Russia in Ukraine would be a costly decision
Following my post earlier about being sucked into Ukraine headlines when trading, it will be a US/Russia argument that will have the most impact. Putin, so far has been remarkably quiet but that’s not likely to last long if the US keeps slinging these types of comments his way.
