McConnell says an agreement has been finalised:
Now the procedures to get it into law begin:
- Its expected the lower House of Congress may take a procedural vote Sudnay night (US time)
- Final votes in both Houses are expected Monday (US time)
Once both houses (upper and lower) of COngress are done with the bill its off to Trump for signing into law.
