US DATA: RealtyTrac says foreclosure filings were reported on 180,427
properties in Sept, -7% MOM and -16% yoy. September’s total was the
lowest since July 2007. Q3 foreclosure numbers were the lowest since
Q4:2007 at 531,576. In Q3 one in every 248 U.S. housing units had a
foreclosure filing.
