Considering Venezuela is on the brink of economic collapse, they were probably on their knees begging for help to get oil higher. In that sense I wonder how they quantify "good"?
I'm still not sure about this rise in oil prices and that it's not related to something going on behind the scenes. There was a story out overnight that Venezuela says that 6 OPEC and 2 Non-OPEC countries are open to having an emergency meeting. They listed themselves, Iran, Iraq, Algeria, Nigeria, Russia and Oman. Until the Saudi's get added to that list or OPEC confirms a meeting this rally always faces a big risk
