Results for the election are coming out now.
Very early reports put the governing Progressive Conservatives in the lead. This would be an incredible comeback story. The Conservatives have governed the province for 43 years but were trailing by roughly 20 points in the polls to the New Democratic Party in the final polls.
Trading it is simple. If the NDP wins, it's a negative for the Canadian dollar, especially if they win a majority.
If the PC party wins, it's a positive for the Canadian dollar.
