WSJ reports that China may not talk on trade if more US tariffs are imposed

China says it may not participate in planned trade talks with the US if the Trump administration goes ahead with additional tariffs

The Journal also reports some officials in China suggest China uses "export restraints" to disrupt supply chains, aimed at US businesses.
