USDJPY moves back up to the session highs.

The headline that "Trump, Congress agree on Harvey aid, debt limit, cr through Dec 15" has led to a move higher in the USD.

The USDCHF is also up testing the 200 hour MA at 0.95737. That MA stalled the rally earlier today.

The US major indices moved up a bit on the news. The S&P is trading back up near the earlier highs for the day at 2467.47 (trading at 2466.67 now). The Nasdaq is trading up 19.6 points at 6395.68. The high was near the opening today at 6402.79.
